Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Factur, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Factur is a mobile invoicing and business-management app that works “offline-first”. It lets you create sales documents, track customers and debts, manage a catalog, and share or print invoices.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be of legal age and provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

For security reasons, an account is linked to a single active device at a time; signing in on a new device may sign out the previous one.

4. Subscription and billing

• Factur offers a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
• After the trial, access to premium features requires a paid subscription, at the prices shown in the app.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Wave, Orange Money or bank card). A 2% transaction fee may apply.
• Unless stated otherwise, amounts paid are not refundable pro rata upon early termination.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Factur in accordance with the law and not for fraudulent, illegal or rights-infringing purposes. Any attempt to circumvent security measures is prohibited.

6. Your content and data

You remain the owner of the data you enter (customers, products, invoices, etc.). You are solely responsible for its accuracy and for meeting your accounting and tax obligations.

You grant us only the rights necessary to host, back up and sync this data in order to provide the service.

7. Intellectual property

The Factur app, its brand, design and code are protected and remain the property of ALBATROS DIGITAL, publisher of the app, and its development studio, Softsn. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you beyond the right of use provided under these terms.

8. Availability and warranties

The app is provided “as is”. Although designed to work offline and reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors, particularly during network syncing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ALBATROS DIGITAL and Softsn shall not be liable for indirect losses, or for damages arising from misuse, data loss due to the user’s device, or legal obligations not met by the user.

10. Termination

You may stop using Factur at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute shall fall under the competent courts of Senegal, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
